The Government’s Cities and Local Growth Unit has commissioned What Works Growth to run a series of workshops open to local and combined authorities and LEPs. The aim of each of these workshops is to support local institutions to address new priorities that have arisen as a result of the pandemic and drive the economic recovery.

This workshop covered recent work by the Centre on the future for working from home. There were contributions from the following speakers followed by an opportunity for participants to discuss the issues with the speakers:

  • Professor Henry Overman, Director of the What Works Centre for Local Economic Growth
  • Paul Mizen, University of Nottingham
