Avantika is a Research Assistant at the What Works Centre for Local Economic Growth.
She is currently a second year undergraduate Bsc. Economics student at LSE. Her main research interests include developmental economics and applied econometrics. Prior to joining the Centre, she worked as a Research Intern at an Indian social enterprise, Haqdarshak, to understand the role of welfare policies in rural India.
